ULTRAMINI
The Dümmel Ultramini tool-line is a must for turning smallest bores. The inside bore machining of small diameters has always been difficult and it is not easy to obtain the ideal tool. The Ultramini tool-line covers more than 1.000 different standard inserts which could be clamped in only two toolholders. Of course the complete Ultramini program is available on stock.

Mediline
For the Medline system the focus is on small part machining <=4mm. For this Dimension the System has an internal cooling bore inside the carbide shank which provides unique advantages regarding the cooling. Furthermore the cutting edge geometry and the carbide are optimized for this line. Together with the new high tech coating this new system guarantees an increase in tool life especially for difficult to machine materials.
The new Mediline System is available with a very small corner radius for every dimension.
Xtraline
The Dümmel Xtraline is an extension of the current Ultramini System with a very solid geometry. It comes also with the internal cooling bore, special carbide and of course an optimized cutting edge and shank geometry.
The new Lines are fitting into the current Ultramini tool holders.
With a high variety of different radius Version of this insert, best surface qualities are guaranteed.
