Once Dümmel, always Dümmel: This applies not only for our customers but also for our employees. Whoever works for Dümmel, simply does not want to leave. In the photo above you can see five employees taking a break in the early 1990s. All of these men are still working at Dümmel, as we show in the photo below.

The fluctuation of our employees is zero. On one hand this is due to the fact that many workers come from the area. Where else can you walk to work or ride your bike to work – and eat lunch at home?


On the other hand we also do lot to ensure the satisfaction of our employees. This creates higher motivation than is found at other places – and it also produces better results.


People, like our employees, who have been involved with tool production throughout their entire working life, naturally have an incredibly wealth of experience. This wealth of experience, in turn, is directly reflected in the quality of the tools.
